Robert M. Cearley Jr. and David H. Williams are trial lawyers with 56 years of experience trying serious personal injury and wrongful death cases and are leaders in their legal community. Robert is a past president of the Arkansas Bar Association and David is a past president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).
Both have received ATLA's "Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the Year" Award and both have been listed as "Best Lawyers in Arkansas" by the Arkansas Times. Bob is recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" and David is recognized in the "Best Lawyers in America Consumer Guide" as published by "The Best Lawyers in America". Bob has achieved national recognition for his products liability work involving Daisy BB guns. David is currently serving on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the MDL litigation in Federal Court in the Eastern District of Arkansas regarding the American Airlines Flight 1420 crash at Little Rock National Airport in June of 1999.
Together, they have represented hundreds of injured victims and recovered millions of dollars in compensation for those clients.
